Starting September, Civinity supports Lithuanian and Latvian customers via an in-house call center
After several years of cooperation with third-party suppliers, Civinity, one of the largest residential and commercial facility management providers in the Baltic States, decided to re-launch an in-house call center for its private customers in Lithuania and Latvia. The company anticipates that the decision will allow ensuring higher quality and speed of customer support.
The launch of its own call center reflects Civinity‘s aim to improve customer support and overall service satisfaction rates. The in-house call center’s team communicates with all Civinity companies on a daily basis thus being able to have a more in-depth understanding of the group‘s internal processes, as well as the specifics of facility management. All Civinity companies are focused on providing quality customer support, and for that reason, the smooth performance of the new call center is a top priority for the group.
In near future, Civinity also plans to upgrade its self-service platform where customers will be able to get even more detailed information on their building, as well as conveniently order new and manage existing services.
