Civinity Solutions starts providing maintenance services to the biggest coliving complex in Baltic states

Civinty Solutions Lithuania has signed a contract with Liv_in Vilnius for providing full range of facility management services to the largest coliving complex in Baltic states.
Coliving is a new concept of accommodation. Besides of apartment rental services all residents get an access to coliving areas, such as recreation, work and sports, outdoor terraces and other. Residents also can use underground parking, storage rooms and bicycle storage, modern self-service laundry, apartment cleaning and other services.
